RIMAYA Jewellery Exchange & Repair Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED. We only offer exchanges or credit notes under special circumstances. Please read our policy carefully before making a claim.

 

1. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchanges are only available if the jewellery is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item by contacting our helpline number with proof of the issue.
• An unboxing video is mandatory to validate any exchange requests.
• The jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Custom orders, personalized items, or products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange Process
• Contact us at +91 9811861556 or admin@rimayajewellery.com within 24 hours with your order number, unboxing video, and details of the issue.
• Once your request is approved, follow the provided instructions to return the item.
• You may receive an exchange for an item of equal or greater value (with additional payment for the price difference, if applicable).
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item received is defective.

No refund or exchange will be given in the following cases:
• Pre-orders and customized orders require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
• No return/exchange/replacement for pre-orders or customised orders.
• No refund/exchange for used products.
• No exchange/return for minor colour and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
• No refund for incorrect or outdated addresses.
• No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
• In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Repair Policy


We offer repair services in case of manufacturing defects or minor damage due to normal wear and tear:

• Eligibility for Repair
• Repair requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the jewelry.
• An unboxing video is required to initiate any repair requests for items damaged upon delivery.
• Repairs are available for minor damages caused by regular wear and tear. Damage caused by improper use or care will not be eligible for free repair.
• Repairs for non-manufacturing defects may incur a service charge, which will be quoted in advance.

• Approved repair requests will be processed within 7-14 business days.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees for repair services unless the damage is due to manufacturing defects.

 

3. Important Notes

• We recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to avoid damage.
• Non-eligible items for exchange or repair include custom-made pieces, items bought on sale, or excessively damaged items due to improper care.
