5. Pricing & Payments

At RIMAYA, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, excellent customer service, and a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Please note that prices and product availability are subject to change without notice and at the sole discretion of the company.

For orders above ₹10,000, a partial Cash on Delivery (COD) policy is applicable. Customers must pay 15% of the total order amount upfront, with the remaining 85% payable at the time of delivery. Please note that the 15% upfront payment is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)

All prices listed on the website exclude the applicable GST on jewellery.

7. Payment Methods

Payments for purchases on the website or app can be made using the following methods:

UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
Online payments are processed instantly and are recommended for faster order fulfillment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select areas only.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders between ₹1,000 and ₹10,000. Orders exceeding ₹10,000 or under ₹1,000 will be processed as prepaid orders.

10. Cancellation and Modifications

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified. Requests for cancellations or changes will be considered only if the order has not yet been shipped.
